1. About GRILAVerse™

GRILAVerse™ is an umbrella ecosystem offering:

  • $GRILA Token: Solana-based cryptocurrency with holder rewards
  • Butler Service: ADHD-friendly productivity systems and hospitality training featuring Barty
  • Digital Products: Courses, templates, and educational content
  • Community Platform: Telegram, X (Twitter), and course communities


2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our websites, purchasing products, holding $GRILA tokens, or participating in our community, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.


3. $GRILA Token Terms

  • Blockchain Nature: $GRILA operates on Solana blockchain with public, permanent transactions
  • Holder Rewards: Minimum 50,000 $GRILA required for 1.5% transaction fee distribution
  • Tax Structure: 3% transaction tax (1.5% buybacks/burns, 1.5% holder rewards)
  • Risk Acknowledgment: Cryptocurrency investments carry inherent risks
  • No Investment Advice: $GRILA is not financial advice; conduct your own research

4. Butler Service & Digital Products

  • Purchase Terms: All sales are final
  • Access Rights: Lifetime access to purchased digital content
  • Course Progress: Your learning data is saved and tracked
  • Community Access: Granted based on product tier purchased
  • Refund Policy: No-Refunds


5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information for purchases and support
  • Maintain security of your wallet and account credentials
  • Use services lawfully and respectfully
  • Never share private keys or seed phrases
  • Respect community guidelines and other users


6. Prohibited Activities

  • Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
  • Sharing purchased digital content without permission
